Tailgate Kitchen Area: We did not purchase the kitchen option. We installed a shelf across the compartment’s width. Below are crates to store extra supplies. Above is a pull-out drawer that is fitted with an induction cooking plate. Other supplies are stored under and beside the drawer.
Garage: Once we decided to move our bikes to a hitch rack it was open season on the garage! An open framework of shelves fill the center of the space. Storage boxes fit on the upper shelf and plastic drawer units fill the lower shelf. Loose and heavy items like a jack, vacuum cleaner, air compressor and leaf blower are stored below the shelves.
Garage Driver’s Side: A rack for bike batteries and chargers is on the floor. A ladder is stored on the ledge behind the shelf unit. Hooks are installed on the door and side of the shelf unit to store hoses and cords.
Garage Passenger Side: Folding chairs are bungeed to the rear side. Tool bags are stored on the floor. A folding table is bungeed on the ledge with clearance for return air. Hooks are mounted on the door and side of the shelf unit to store bike helmets, backpacks and other miscellaneous items.
